Pariyanuch (Pari) SaeKow

President and CEO

Ms. SaeKow joins Myriant from PTT Global Chemical Plc. where she serves as Vice President. She has more than 7 years of experience across various countries within the PTT Group of companies in various management and executive roles in corporate planning and strategy, financial planning, mergers & acquisitions, corporate restructuring, and international business performance management.

Prior to joining PTT Group, Ms. SaeKow was a Principal with a boutique investment banking firm specializing in mergers, acquisitions and divestment, and has led the execution of several strategic transactions for clients including the PTT Group in the coal mining, gas retail services, power utilities and petrochemical sectors throughout her years in investment banking career.

Ms. SaeKow earned an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business, Duke University.

David LeBlanc

Head of Global Sales and Marketing

Mr. LeBlanc's career spans to more than 30 years of domestic and international experience in sales, market development, profitability and key account management in bio-chemicals, specialty chemicals, commodity chemicals and materials industries. Mr. LeBlanc joined Myriant in 2010 and has worked in sales, marketing and business development roles.

Most recently, Mr. LeBlanc was the President of TFL USA Canada Inc., a multi-million dollar specialty chemicals company for the leather industry, where he led sales, technical and administrative teams and served as Global Account Manager for multiple accounts. Previously, Mr. LeBlanc was President of Inchem Corporation, a privately held coatings resins and custom manufacturer.

For more than twenty years, Mr. LeBlanc held many successful executive sales and marketing positions for Hoechst Celanese Corporation, a global chemical enterprise including launching of a subsidiary, Vianova Resins USA, where he served as General Manager.

Mr. LeBlanc holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering, from the University of Massachusetts (formerly Lowell Technological Institute), Lowell, Massachusetts.

Doreen Donovan

Senior Director of Human Resources

Doreen Donovan, has over 25 years designing and leading human resource and immigration programs for both start-up and mature organizations. Mindful of aligning the needs of both the organization and employees, she serves as an insightful change agent and transformational leader who embodies a passion to be of service to others.

Doreen joined Myriant Corporation in 2014 to provide strategic operational support for Myriant's corporate office, research & development department and start-up plant. She continues to lead Myriant through strategic human resource planning in order to bring about desired business change. Doreen works with Myriant's senior leadership to develop and drive organizational effectiveness and support the Company on all major initiatives as it looks toward the future.

Ms. Donovan served as the Director of Human Resources for 17 years at the Immune Disease Institute (IDI). After leading IDI's, HR transition into Boston Children's Hospital, she joined Myriant. Doreen's experience and expertise span all areas of human resource, with expertise in immigration, plan and policy design, change management and employee relations. To that end, Doreen is a skilled human resource professional that is experienced at determining and directing an organization's human resource function and strategies to support productive and profitable business operations.

Ms. Donovan holds a B.S. in Speech Communication, from Northeastern University located in Boston, Massachusetts

Eric Conlin

Corporate Controller

Eric J. Conlin has served as our Corporate Controller since July 2011. Mr. Conlin previously served as our Director of Financial Reporting since July 2008. Mr. Conlin has over 30 years of experience in corporate accounting and financial management including serving in management roles in two NYSE listed companies. Mr. Conlin is a Certified Public Accountant with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the University of New Hampshire.

R. Rogers Yocum, Ph.D.

Senior Director of Molecular Biology

Dr. Yocum joined Myriant in 2008 and is currently Myriant's Senior Director of Molecular Biology. Myriant's Molecular Biology Department specializes in genetic engineering of bacteria and yeasts for production of chemicals by fermentation. Dr. Yocum has 34 years of experience in biochemistry and molecular biology for a wide variety of commercial applications including foods and beverages, antibiotic discovery, DNA diagnostics, human and animal nutrition, and commodity chemicals. Prior to joining Myriant, Dr. Yocum was a Senior Director of Molecular Biology at OmniGene Bioproducts, Inc., where he engineered microbes to produce the vitamins biotin and pantothenic acid, and the amino acid L-methionine.

Dr. Yocum has a B.S in Zoology and Mathematics from the University of Michigan (Summa Cum Laude) and a Ph.D. in Biology from Harvard University. Dr. Yocum won a Helen Hay Whitney Postdoctoral Fellowhip, which was carried out also at Harvard.

Theron Hermann, PH.D.

Senior Director of Fermentation and Process Chemistry

Dr. Hermann came to Myriant in 2008 from OmniGene BioProducts where he had developed fermentation processes for the commercial production of vitamins and enzymes for BASF and DSM. Previously he was with Hoffmann-LaRoche where he directed a pilot plant, analytical support and served as consultant for strain improvement and large scale antibiotic production. At Myriant, his group did the scale-up, commissioning and training for succinic acid fermentation at MLPI. The fermentation group has also optimized microorganisms for the utilization of corn, sugar cane, cellulose, glycerol and sorghum feedstocks to succinic acid, lactic and muconic acid. The analytical group is responsible for product release QC and well as support for Woburn R&D and application development.

Dr. Hermann earned his M.S. in Microbiology from the University of Wisconsin and received his Ph.D. from the Waksman Institute of Microbiology at Rutgers.

Ram Mannan

Senior Director of Intellectual Property

Ram Mannan joined Myriant in 2009 following his career as a Senior Intellectual property Law Associate at McDermott Will and Emery in Chicago. Prior to joining McDermott, Ram worked for Pfizer Inc for 10 years in Connecticut and Michigan. Ram received his JD from Quinnipiac University School of Law in North Haven, Connecticut and PhD in Biochemistry from Madurai Kamaraj University in India. Ram conducted his post-doctoral research at Washington University in St. Louis.

Ram is admitted to bar in Connecticut, Massachusetts, New York and United States Supreme Court. Ram is also licensed to practice before United States Patent and Trademark Office. Ram has extensive background in handling broad range of research-centric matters including Corporate/Business Development including IP strategy development and implementation, patent drafting and world-wide prosecution, dispute resolution, patent litigation support, IP licensing and R&D agreements.

Michael W. Little

Plant Manager (Myriant Lake Providence, LA.)

Mr. Little joined the Myriant team in 2011to serve as the Construction Manager in order to oversee the General Contractor during the construction of the Myriant Succinic Acid Plant in Lake Providence, LA. After construction Mr. Little stayed on where he currently holds the position of Plant Manager.

Michael has over 35 years' experience in EPC (Engineering Procurement & Construction) from companies such as KBR (Kellogg Brown & Root), CB&I (Chicago Bridge & Iron) and S&B Engineering and Constructors building plants throughout the U.S. ranging from Chemical, Refinery and Power Plants. Further to that, he has held positions ranging from Construction Manager, Superintendent and Turnover Coordinator. Michael's last 15 years have been spent constructing, commissioning and starting up plants along with training client operations personnel, the safest and most cost effective approaches in plant operations.

Mr. Little holds a B.S in Mechanical Engineering from New Mexico State University in Las Cruces, New Mexico. He also holds a Core Curricula PE and Pipefitter PE through NCCER (National Center for Construction Education and Research).

Tina Tosukhowong, Ph.D.

Head of Innovation and New Business Development

Dr. Tosukhowong joined Myriant in 2009 and is currently the Head of Innovation and New Business Development which serves as a technology scouting unit for PTTGC in North America. Dr. Tosukhowong has served in various roles at Myriant, including technology transfer & scale-up, application development, and business development.

 Prior to joining Myriant, Dr. Tosukhowong was at Eastman Chemical's Corporate Research Division in a Strategic Process Innovation and Evaluation group specializing in evaluating and developing new technologies.

Dr. Tosukhowong has a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering and a Certificate in Management of Technology from Georgia Institute of Technology.
